The VariCel HT filter is designed for use in drying ovens. Made of sturdy aluminized steel, this filter has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 260 °C. Aluminized steel is used because it does not spall or flake at elevated temperatures.

To ensure a high integrity construction, this filter’s headers and cell sides are mechanically interlocked. The filter hasn’t adhesives, sealants, or glues are used that could degrade at high temperatures, causing structural damage to the filter or affecting the quality of the drying process.

Filter strength is further enhanced by aluminized faceguards and support bars on the leaving sides. This filter is available in the classification ranges M6, F7, F8 and F9 according to EN779:2012.

VariSorb® XL SAAFCity delivery system consist of filter elements in high impact polystyrene (HIPS) cell sides for assembly in front or rear access standardized universal holding  frames or side-access track systems to fit standard dimension filter sections in air handling units. VariSorb® XL SAAFCity comes factory-ready for installation. No special tools are needed to install or replace the filter element. The individual VariSorb seals and holds in the frame with the latching system or in the track with its header and the track-specific gasket system. Side seals gaskets are supplied upon request.

The BioCel III filter is classified E11 in accordance with EN1822 and is designed for high air volume installations. As such, it is the ideal filter for upgrading a non-HEPA HVAC installation into a HEPA installation while also increasing the airflow through the system.

Due to its 4000 m3/h capacity, the BioCel III filter is ideal for new installations. Fewer filters are required to handle the same volume of air, compared to other HEPA filters of the same size.
