Active filters

AstroCel® I HT

Company's Code RF0000

The AstroCel HT filter is a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter that is specifically designed to remove airborne contaminants in critical areas where high efficiency filtration is required and hot air is used during the production process. These filters are used in a broad range of industries, from photography and video to food processing.

Components used for the assembly of this filter are either specifically selected for their heat resistance, or because they are not severely affected by higher temperatures. To have the prototype tested under hot dynamic conditions, the AstroCel HT filter was presented to the independent U.K. Research Laboratory of Atomic Energy Authority Technology. The conclusion after testing was that the filters performed very satisfactorily and well within the criteria specified.

AstroCel® I HTP

Company's Code RF0000

The AstroCel I HTP filter offers a maximum temperature resistance of 350°C, with a peak of 400°C for one hour, making it an excellent choice for pharmaceutical dehydrogenation operations, LCD/TFT manufacturing, or other high temperature applications.

PREpleat® HT HC

Company's Code RF0000

AAF Flanders PREpleat HT HC filters are designed for increased air filtration efficiencies in an operating environment where temperatures reach 500°F. Typical examples include air intakes for drying ovens or high temperature baking applications.

VariCel® I HT-400

Company's Code RF0000

The VariCel HT filter is designed for use in drying ovens. Made of sturdy aluminized steel, this filter has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 180 °C. Aluminized steel is used because it does not spall or flake at elevated temperatures.

To ensure a high integrity construction, this filter’s headers and cell sides are mechanically interlocked. The filter hasn’t adhesives, sealants, or glues are used that could degrade at high temperatures, causing structural damage to the filter or affecting the quality of the drying process.

Filter strength is further enhanced by aluminized faceguards and support bars on the leaving sides. This filter is available in the classification ranges M6, F7, F8 and F9 according to EN779:2012.

VariCel® I HT-500

Company's Code RF0000

The VariCel HT filter is designed for use in drying ovens. Made of sturdy aluminized steel, this filter has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 260 °C. Aluminized steel is used because it does not spall or flake at elevated temperatures.

VariCel® II HT

Company's Code RF0000

The VariCel II HT filter is a high temperature compact air filter, designed for use in automotive drying tunnel installations. This filter features a mini-pleated media pack housed in a sturdy extruded aluminum profile, protected by faceguards on the air entering and air leaving sides. This filter also has a one piece glass rope gasket located on one side. No silicon based adhesives, sealants or glues are used that could degrade at high temperatures and affect the curing process.
